Hypnosis and Altered States of Consciousness
Take breathing for instance: it is an automatic reflex which is executed without directing your consciousness towards it, yet, by reading this sentence and thinking about breathing, it becomes « manual » and perhaps you realize that you were in apnea. Through the nose or the mouth you now control an unconscious part of yourself. It becomes automatic again, with the addition of the correction that you were able to make.

Hypnosis allows you to follow this process in the search for control of your physiology, your mind, your habits, your emotions.
It’s like taking the time to admire a landscape, your inner landscape, a sort of tourist tour of your internal monuments. It is a well-known and natural state. In the paradigm of my learning, Hypnosis is both a particular state and the tool that allows access to it.
You are active during a hypnosis session. It would resemble a state that you constantly experience but in which you decide to take an interest in, understand and integrate, something that you do in everyday life but on a larger time scale and through physical and material accomplishments. It is a mode of thinking that manifests itself in various ways when we dream, when we are in love, when we are fascinated, when we focus on an activity, when it is intuition that guides us.
You can learn to control this state and trigger it in order to take advantage of it whatever your goal is.
How Therapy Goes
My therapy is solution-oriented. You get results with the first meeting.
During the first session, the objective is to establish what you need to get better, to get used to the state of hypnosis and obviously to work on your theme. You also learn self-hypnosis techniques and above all, what is fundamental, autonomy.
I use NeuroLingualProgramming principles, my intuition, my hightened sensitivity and heartfelt connection to offer discussions and insights that will bring the transformation you desire.
